Izumi Araki
Izumi was born in Hokkaido, Japan. She started to crochet and knit age 4, started to weave age 19 and spin age 23. She lived in the UK and is now living in Vancouver, Canada as a Christian missionary. She loves spinning the local sheep wool.
She came to Vancouver, Canada to study Theology at Regent College. Her current ministry through making - cooking with students, making community with her neighbours. The purpose of "making" is to share the Kingdom culture.
